Radio Helium 24" Cruiser BMX Race Frame

The Blackout PTC is basically the alloy version of Haro's carbon Citizen frame. Many of the same features found on the Citizen like the Power Transfer Centre (PTC) bottom bracket, tapered head tube, tapered seat tube and 10mm/15mm/20mm rear axle compatibility are also found on the Blackout PTC. The Blackout PTC is offered in a wide range of sizes from Expert XL all the way up to Pro XXXL to meet the needs of various rider size and preference.
